Public Relations Work

These projects highlight my public relations writing projects, showcasing my ability to craft compelling content, conduct insightful research, and identify optimal communication strategies.

I conducted an in-person interview to collect information for this mock news release and applied multiple professional news release writing techniques to create this piece (inverted pyramid method, concise headline, etc.).

This feature story about the Beverly Hills Hotel involved me conducting secondary research and using engaging language and vivid adjectives to bring the topic to life.

In this persuasive column advocating for sustainable fashion, I used secondary research to collect supporting statistics and facts, and wrote in a formal yet approachable tone to appeal to younger audiences.

Creating this mock CEO statement for Mattel helped me strengthen my strategic communication skills by crafting an empathetic and apologetic response to a corporate challenge.

Writing this speech taught me how to craft a clear, concise, and professional script that’s easy for someone to deliver, using large text and separating each line and paragraph for better readability.

Writing these speaker notes helped me learn how to write detailed and effective notes for someone to use while practicing to deliver a speech.

This document features multiple writing styles on the same topic, demonstrating my ability to adapt my writing for different audiences and situations.

For this PR presentation on increasing diversity PR I created the slide deck layout, revised the format of the Key Messages slide, worked on the Tactic one and Three slides, worked on the Creative Concepts slide, and I worked on the final call to action slide.
